🌸 If shipping option is chosen at check out, Dahlia tubers will begin shipping on April 13th, weather permitting. Most shipping facilities are not heated, so we watch for a stretch of weather that looks above freezing, to ship out pkgs. As dahlia tubers can not tolerate spending too much time in freezing weather.

🌸 We guarantee you will receive a viable tuber true to variety, with an eye and healthy neck. Please examine your order immediately upon arrival and contact us via email (not social media) within 7 days if you see an issue with your order. After that 7 days the buyer accepts full responsibility for the tuber as we cannot be held responsible for improper storage, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance, failure to thrive or negligence. If it is determined a replacement is needed, one will be issued. However, if original item is no longer in stock or available; we will either issue a refund or a replacement of similar product.
